RULES & BYLAWS

The Kauai Republican Party (KRP) operates under a structured framework to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective governance. Our guiding documents, listed in order of precedence, are:

1. Roberts Rules of Order: These over-arching rules are the standard for parliamentary procedure, ensuring orderly and efficient operation for all political bodies in America. All Republican Party of Hawaii members should become familiar with these rules.
2. Hawaii Republican Party Bylaws: Our State bylaws, called the Hawaii Republican Party Bylaws, outline the broader organizational structure and governance of all state, county, district, and precinct bodies.
3. Republican Party of Kaua’i Rules: Our County rules, called the Republican Party of Kaua’i Rules, detail the specific operations, roles, and responsibilities within the KRP, tailored to our local county, district, and precinct bodies.
